In short: we collect the bare minimum needed to operate the service. We do not sell your data. Your files are deleted on expiration. You can exercise your rights anytime at fincke.a@gmail.com.

3. Recipients & sub-processors
- Cloudflare — application hosting and file storage (European region, R2)
- Revolut — payment processing for paid options (where applicable)
- E-mail provider — transactional notifications (where applicable)
No data is sold, exchanged or transferred to third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.
4. Data location
Files and user data are stored in data centers located within the European Union. Any transfer outside the EU is performed under standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, port, and object to the processing of your personal data. You may also leave instructions regarding the fate of your data after your death.
To exercise these rights: fincke.a@gmail.com — response within 30 days maximum. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority CNIL or your local authority.
6. Security
TLS encryption in transit, cryptographically generated unique links, automatic expiration, access restricted to what is strictly necessary.
